Sales & Marketing Manager
Be responsible for the acquisitions process and service delivery to landlords plan and manage the work of the acquisitions team to deliver good customer service and meet new property acquisition targets be responsible for qualifying all potential leads from landlords to maximise the conversion rate of enquiries to properties in management be responsible for carrying out all lease renewal, rent review, mesne profits and activity within my work and be responsible for monitoring, reviewing and co-ordinating all sales support activity within my team be responsible for the continued and effective relationship management of landlords monitor and analyse financial and operational performance and KPIs with regard to acquisitions and renewals comply with all legal, procedural and audit requirements to assure financial success in all schemes work with my team to resolve individual customer`s issues and to proactively manage the sales process from initial enquiry to property in management communicate with customers, in partnership with other teams, to ensure that all the Directorate`s services are delivered seamlessly For more opportunities, please visit www.synergygroup.co.uk.
